1989–2004
Established in 1989, our business starts from producing electric blanket controllers and components.
In 1997, with the launch of the Kanghong brand, we shifted our focus to electric blankets manufacturing.
In 2004, we renamed to Ningbo Kanghong Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. -
2005–2015
During this stage, our company continues to expand our product portfolio to electric blankets, heated throws, heating pads, heated garments and other categories.
Our factory has obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and BSCI certifications. Meanwhile, our products have acquired international certifications such as CCC, CE, GS, SAA, and UL with more than 20 patents are applied. -
2016–2020
Our 60,000㎡ modern manufacturing base, equipped with automated injection molding, wiring, heat-pressing, and aging-test equipment, supports scalable production of over 50 product models.
Our products are exported to Europe, the Americas, Australia, and South Africa, establishing Kanghong as a leading exporter of flexible heating devices in China.
During the pandemic, Kanghong actively fulfilled its social responsibility by donating electric blankets to frontline areas in Wuhan to support anti-epidemic efforts. -
2021–Present
Kanghong employs around 350 people and generates an annual revenue of approximately RMB 250 million. The launch of a 2-million-unit controller production line has enhanced our production capacity.
As a High-Tech Enterprise and a “Specialized and Sophisticated” SME, Kanghong plays an active role in national industry standard development, serving as a drafting member and Vice Chair of the Electric Blanket Committee.
